Work Description

Electrical – Mechanical Erection Works

Scope of Work

  • Installation of 26 nos., 26 mtrs. high, weighing 56 Tons each of Surge Vessel – dia. 2,300 mm & capacity 220 cu. mtrs. with all Auxiliary Air & Water Piping, of size ranging from 2″ to 48“.
  • Structure designed to withstand wind load with peak wind velocity of 45 cm per sec. (gust included) and with max. 80 deg. C0. metal temperature under direct Sun.
  • Installation of Compressor Units, 48” dia. Motor Operated Valves, and 26 Tons Relief Valve Skid.
  • Installation of HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection System at all Buildings.
  • Laying & Termination of Cables for Power, Instruments & Controls.
  • Supply & Installation of Lighting System at all areas.
  • Installation of Electricals & Instrumentation at Surge Vessel Area & Terminal building.
  • Testing & Commissioning of All Systems.

Scope of Work

  • Fabrication, Painting, & Erection of about 835 MT of Steel Structure.
  • Erection of 669 sq. mt. of Steel Cladding
  • Fabrication & Installation of Assorted Piping: viz. 6,000 MT of RTR Pipes 4″ to 84″ dia., 5,000 MT. of S S Pipes 1″ to 16” dia., 2,000 MT of Pvc & uPVC Pipes 2″ to 8” dia. and 7,500 MT. of Cu. / GI Pipes 1″ to 8″ dia. and Pipe Racks.
  • Sandblasting, Painting and Installation of CS Pipes, and Insulation & Al.
  • Jacketing of Pipes.
