Work Description

Civil, Electrical & Mechanical works

Scope of Work

  • Renovation of Boiler Building Replacement of doors and windows,
  • Plastering, painting, ceiling and roof insulation system works.
  • Replacement of (3) nos. Diesel type Steam Boiler
  • Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of (2) nos. Electric type Steam Boilers and (1) no. Gas type Steam Boiler with steam capacity 1.5 ton/hr.
  • Rehabilitation of (2) nos. Steam Pumps.
  • Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of AHU & ducting,
  • RO Unit, Water Softener Unit, Pumps, pipe & fittings and valves,
  • Boiler Plant Fire Fighting System,
  • BMS, Main Distribution Board, cable and cable trays.
  • Underground existing High Pressure Steam Line Test (X-RAY and REPLICA)
