Scope of Work
A – Site Construction
- Construction of Building for Faculty of Dentistry,
- Construction Concrete and wall works,
- Construction finishing works, Hollow metal doors,windows and frames,
- Landscape works.
B – Electro-Mechanical Works
- Air Handing Unit (AHU), Exhaust Fans (EF), HVAC works, Fire Fighting works ,
- Power outlet works , Transformer , Ring Main Unit (RMU), Motor Control Center (MCC)
- MDB, Data and Telephone System, IP CCTV System,
- Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Cables works and BMS System,
- Conveying system elevators (4 pcs), Freight Elevator (1 pcs)
- Total Area of Building and Landscaping: Faculty land on around 7100 m2 with 15.000 m2 construction area.
