Work Description
Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Works for 80″ Butterfly Valve
Scope of Work
- Excavation and Removal of two nos. of Standard PCCP Pipes – dia. 2000 mm x 15 meters long.
- Installation of Temporary By-Pass Line – dia. 800 mm with 2 x 90 deg. Elbows.
- Construction of Valve Chamber (3000 W x 5300 L x 7920 mm H )
- Supply & Installation of dia. 2000 mm Isolating Butterfly Valve, with Flange Adaptors and Hardware.
- Supply & Installation of dia. 2000 mm PCCP Pipe with Fittings
- Installation of Thrust Blocks for Bulk Heads & subsequent Removal together with Temporary By-Pass Line.
