Work Description
Electrical – Mechanical Erection Works
Scope of Work
- Installation of 26 nos., 26 mtrs. high, weighing 56 Tons each of Surge Vessel – dia. 2,300 mm & capacity 220 cu. mtrs. with all Auxiliary Air & Water Piping, of size ranging from 2″ to 48“.
- Structure designed to withstand wind load with peak wind velocity of 45 cm per sec. (gust included) and with max. 80 deg. C0. metal temperature under direct Sun.
- Installation of Compressor Units, 48” dia. Motor Operated Valves, and 26 Tons Relief Valve Skid.
- Installation of HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection System at all Buildings.
- Laying & Termination of Cables for Power, Instruments & Controls.
- Supply & Installation of Lighting System at all areas.
- Installation of Electricals & Instrumentation at Surge Vessel Area & Terminal building.
- Testing & Commissioning of All Systems.
